Anyone not on the above list, and not listed as dead by the end of Deathly Hallows, is available for play. Any characters currently not in play, but who are required for plot purposes, can (in the case of grandparents) be NPCed by the closest living relative, otherwise will be NPCed by the mods. Please seek mod approval first for any NPC interactions.
